Returns + Refunds
We're really bummed (and sorry) you didn't love your Potato. If there is an issue with your product, please contact within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our very best to make it up for you.

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for full refund. Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs and the costs of return are your responsibility to cover.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders at this time. If you’re unhappy with the product please recycle it or gift it to someone :)


Exchanges + Credit Notes
If for any reasons you’d like to exchange your Potato for a different Potato please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to send back the original product in undamaged condition within 28 days. Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs and the costs of return are your responsibility to cover.

Once we receive the return, then we will send out your new Potato and should arrive within 3-4 working days.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products; such as special orders or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Please proceed as above to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
