Our products are made to order to reduce unnecessary waste. Our lead times can vary between 2-4 days.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 days from production. After being processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and your Potatoes will arrive within 3-4 working days.
Shipping prices as follows:
- UK £4.50
- EU £25 + import taxes based on your country*
- USA £35 + import taxes based on your country*
* Please note international orders may be subject to extra incurring fees such as import tax and duty fees. Please make sure you’re happy to pay for any extra charges that are outside of our control prior placing international orders. For questions about international orders please contact us.

Collection
You may choose to collect your fresh Potatoes from our workshop in East London (E3). Please contact us to arrange pick up time and precise location.
Returns + Refunds
We're really bummed (and sorry) you didn't love your Potato. If there is an issue with your product, please contact within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our very best to make it up for you.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for full refund. Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs and the costs of return are your responsibility to cover.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders at this time. If you’re unhappy with the product please recycle it or gift it to someone :)

Exchanges + Credit Notes
If for any reasons you’d like to exchange your Potato for a different Potato please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to send back the original product in undamaged condition within 28 days. Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs and the costs of return are your responsibility to cover.
Once we receive the return, then we will send out your new Potato and should arrive within 3-4 working days.
